Phase 2: preplanning/concept development
- presenting different plan variants
- planning and representnaion of the infrastructures concerned
- definition of the suitable storage systems
- definition of structural measures
- cost estimation for the planned measures
- economic view of the planned measures
The first two phases should be assigned together. All further phases can follow, if the total concept is defined.
